Who would want to watch Gordon Ramsay and say, “I want to be a chef just like him”? Chef Nigel Lobo thought chefs were like rockstars and that is what he wanted to be when he grew up, having watched one too many shows portraying the glamorous side of the profession, which were very enticing to him.
