Minced lamb 500gr
Finely chopped tomato 200gr
Finely chopped onion 200gr
Chopped parsley 100gr
Olive oil 50ml
Red chili pepper 10gr
Black pepper 10gr
Salt to taste
Pomegranate molasses 20ml
Pita bread
-Place meat, tomatoes, onion, parsley, olive oil, red pepper, pomegranate molasses, all spice, black pepper and salt into a medium bowl. Mix all ingredients very well.
-Spread 2 to 3 tablespoon of the mixture into each pita loaf (right before baking to get crispy Arayes).
-Grease both sides of each loaf with about 1 to 2 tablespoon of olive oil. Arrange Arayes on a charcoal grill until they become slightly brown or golden. Flip them to the other side for more crispness. Serve hot.
