Nigel J Lobo works as the Executive Chef and Group Culinary Administrator at the Royal Orchid Hospitality Group in Dubai. Prior to this, he was Chef de Cuisine at the Taj Dubai at the tender young age of 24. He is born, brought up and raised in the UAE.
